Generally, you can have two categories that most dentists are worried about. Most people have had restorative dentistry. That is used when we make your teeth go back to how they were originally meant to be so they look and feel fine and they work properly as well.

When you come for my Fairfax City cosmetic dentistry , I try to help you have a better smile.

I would say that restorative procedures are for teeth that are not healthy and cosmetic dentistry is about making you look beautiful.

But, in my opinion, I'm not sure if these names are truly fitting. It is true that when you undergo cosmetics, it also has many restorative elements. For instance, suppose we make your teeth white, which everyone accepts as cosmetic treatment. However, while whitening, we also use the new Invisalign system to straighten your teeth, and you will hardly notice. At the end of the day, your can boast of straighter teeth, which makes you look better and makes you healthier.

And we do thin, conservative veneers so we can make sure that only the minimum amount of natural teeth is lost. We are able to change many aspects, such as length, color and shape of your original teeth and you will be astonished at how much better we have made them even though nothing much has been done to your original teeth.

Do me a favor. Take a close look at this picture of Peter Frampton. It could be that you have no idea who he is, but Peter had a great album that helped him reach superstardom. He sold 16 million albums, an amazing feat at the time.

Frampton scored his success in 1976, when it was difficult to go anywhere without coming into contact with Frampton and the Frampton Comes Alive album.

Whatever anyone thinks about Frampton, I believe this guy has a good set of teeth and even though I've not really taken a close look let alone treated him, it is possible that he has had veneers done or these may be completely real teeth we are looking at.

It's not a secret that I haven't done Fairfax County dental veneers on Mr. Frampton's teeth but you know something? We could. I would make sure that I fuse together the gaps if, of course, there were gaps to close. Put yourself in his position. If that was you, I would ensure all your front teeth were a consistent color, so it is evenly colored.

Don't forget, you don't have to be a famous rock star to have the chance to get a wonderful smile from our Fairfax County dental veneers.

After only two visits, you can have your veneers. During your first visit, all we do is some preparation procedures. It is only when you return to our office the veneers are completed.
